Julia Jurgilewicz is a dance artist and fitness enthusiast training by day and performing by night. Recently, you may have caught her performing in Third Rail Projects' immersive theater show, Then She Fell, or at The Metropolitan Opera. Due to her years of movement training, Julia has a deep understanding of body alignment as well as injury prevention and rehabilitation. She loves getting people back into functional movement patterns whether that be from sports injuries, habitual patterns, or deconditioning. In addition to being a NASM certified personal trainer, she is also certified in Pre and Post Natal Training and is a NASM Corrective Exercise specialist. Her training style is infused with elements of Pilates, yoga, and strength training- always with an emphasis on posture and correct form. She loves to sweat and work hard, so come ready to push your limits and most importantly, become a healthier version of you.
