Six years ago Caitlin was burning out, career-wise, and searching for balance. But consistent yoga practice, exercise, meditation and nourishing food seemed like luxuries for other people with time. A physical wake-up call and a mentor inspired her to put her health first and to help others.
Over the next few years she worked as an Elite Personal Trainer at Crunch, completed her RYT-200 training with Om Factory NYC and in 2017 joined Uplift! Caitlin considers herself a lifelong student because her students' physical and mental transformations inspire her to take risks and continue her education.
She especially adores working with women who want to focus on their long-term well-being, make big changes and/or reduce their pain/discomfort.
Caitlin found her way back to work-life balance and wellness through movement. Her mission is to help others through movement too.
