Uplift X Wellness Lately Summer Solstice Retreat

Like all seasonal changes, the summer solstice is all about releasing the old to make space for the new. Letting go of anything or anyone that stunts your personal power. It’s the perfect time to detox your mind, set new intentions for the season ahead and take massive action toward your goals.

Come celebrate and harness the power of this year’s summer solstice with a weekend of fitness, personal growth, and community.

Uplift and Wellness Lately have joined forces to teach you how to get clarity around exactly what you want, ignite that spark of inspiration to create a focused plan of action, and give you the mindset shift you need to go home and Make. It. Happen.

If you’re looking for the drive to go after a goal that’s been alluding you, a dream that’s been in the back of your mind, something you want to achieve but have been putting off or spinning your wheels on, then this retreat is for you.

Maybe you want to get in excellent shape, or turn your side-hustle into a full time gig, make new friends, write your novel, move to that new city, find your perfect partner, or just have more purpose and joy in your life. Whatever it is, this weekend of programming and support will give you the tools and inspo you need to make it a reality.

Lead by Bridget Shannon and Dana Barron of Wellness Lately and Uplift’s Leanne Shear, this fun and empowering Summer Solstice retreat in the beautiful beachside setting of the Hamptons (Amagansett) will focus on timeless, practical personal growth and mindset tools that are applicable to any goal at any stage of life.

Tentative Itinerary


  • Arrive afternoon via Hampton Jitney (approximate time of Jitney to the Hamptons: 12pm) to Ocean Vista resort (studio efficiencies right on the beach between Amagansett and Montauk)

  • Late afternoon welcome/kick-off session

→ workout on the beach**

→ intention setting/creative visualization

→ short working session

  • Group Dinner


  • Morning workout

  • Breakfast

  • Working session

  • Lunch

  • Optional short mid-afternoon workout

  • Afternoon working session leading into Happy Hour

  • Optional group dinner


  • Morning workout

  • Short morning session

  • Group brunch at Clam Bar

  • Jitney back to the city at approximately 3pm

**Workouts will include body-weight bootcamps, HIIT, and yoga

Included in retreat ticket: Jitney to and from the Hamptons, all programming, all workouts, dinner Friday, happy hour Saturday, brunch Sunday, and hotel accommodations for two nights (double occupancy/roommates can be requested or will be assigned; single-occupancy available at higher price point). For everything not included (e.g., breakfast, we will provide recommendations, information, and options prior to the commencement of the trip).

Regular price: $1199 per person.
