Considering Uplift is one of the only boutique studios in New York City that offers personal training (along with our amazing group training!), we want to make sure you walk in our doors ready to work and be supported, and walk out feeling empowered and strong. Uplift is the perfect place for EVERY woman. Whether you’re pregnant, preparing for your wedding or other event, are over fifty, are a teen or tween, are a student/athlete, or just a woman looking for an extra boost to your workout routine, you’ve come to the right place. Our standard one-hour cardio and strength coaching sessions will maximize your results by putting all the focus on you and your goals. Our expert trainers emphasize using your body weight, dumbbells and other resistance training methods to push past your limits and whip you into incredible shape.
 


PRICING

Personal Training

Valid for all sessions


  • New to Personal Training Intro Package: $316
    Includes 3 training sessions, and 1 class (can be used for one of our signature formats or X-factor sessions) 
  • Single Session: $115
  • 12-Pack: $1,269.60 ($105.80/session)
  • 24-Pack: $2,484 ($103.50/session) 
  • 24-Pack w/ Installments: $320.85 per installment ($106.95/session)
    Payment is automatically applied every three sessions
  • At Home Personal Training:  $100 (First-time only); Six Pack: $750 ($125/session)
    At-Home Personal Training Clients may ONLY purchase 6-Pack after their Introductory Session

Off-Peak Personal Training

Only valid for sessions between 9am and 4pm


  • Single Session: $89
  • 12-Pack: $1044 ($87/session)
  • 24-Pack: $2040 ($85/session)
  • 24-Pack w/ Installments: $259.50 per installment ($86.50/session)
    Payment is automatically applied every three sessions
