Join us for a night with Alexa Fishback and Carla DeSimone to talk about food fads, finding the diet that works for your body, and tricks and tips from women working in the field. Our panel will discuss how we as women can incorporate nutrition and exercise into chaotic, multi-faceted lives that so often revolve around other people- in realistic, affordable, and dare we say- enjoyable- ways.

Alexa Fishback: Alexa is the co-founder of AaHa! RESTART, an elimination program featuring: NO gluten, dairy, alcohol, caffeine, sugar, non-nutritive sweeteners, or packaged foods. Alexa did her undergrad at The University of Pennsylvania. She earned her Masters at NYU in Clinical Nutrition and completed her dietetic internship at UCSF in San Francisco. In 2008 Rodale published her first book: “The Daily Fix: Your Guide to Healthy Habits for Good Nutrition”.
Carla DeSimone: Carla studied at the Academy of Healing Nutrition and is a Certified Health Coach and a member of the American Academy of Drugless Practitioners. Working with a health coach will enable you to clarify your goals, identify what might be limiting your progress, and develop a game plan to empower you to achieve results. Life can be stressful enough; deciding what to put on your plate shouldn't be!
