Liz began teaching fitness classes in 2005 while studying at Boston College. After graduating with honors, Liz later attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and obtained her Holistic Health Coaching Certification (she’s our on-staff nutritionista/paleoista!). Liz's passion is applying her diverse fitness and nutrition background to coach her clients to reach their individual goals in a healthy, sustainable way. Her clients describe her approach to fitness as "kicking my ass...always with a smile."
What Uplifts her? Boozy brunches with friends!
Her guilty pleasure? Cheese and carbs - which is why I try to follow the paleo diet most of the time!
