Andi has taught HIIT, Sculpt, Zumba and a variety of group fitness classes for leading health clubs across the country: while studying in Boston, in her hometown of Dallas over summers and holidays, and now in NYC. At Tufts, Andi studied Community Health, Advanced Principles of Dance, and Advanced Principles of Exercise. Andi is fueled by a zest for life and wellness and is inspired daily by the stories and strength of the women she meets in her classes.
What Uplifts her? Finding sustainable, innovative ways to make steps toward both a better today and a better tomorrow for all.
Her guilty pleasure? Trader Joe's “Inner Peas.” Actually not a bad snack but I tend to eat the whole bag at once because they are can’t-stop, won’t-stop delicious. Try to be a good sharer with your friends so you can enjoy without wolfing the bagful. (NOTE: Tip is easier said than done.)
