Class or training packages, special promotions and workshops are non-refundable.

Clients running late to class will be allowed to join the class up to 10 minutes after the start time of the class. However, we reserve the right to allow waitlist and walk-in clients your class spot if you are not here by the start time of class. When our order form asks customers to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry – SSL (Secure Socket Layers). While on a secure page such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just ‘surfing’.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect customer-information offline. All of our customers’ information, like the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, a salesperson) are given access to personally identifiable information.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. If you use the Uplift website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
